Adult Case Management – Section 17

Outpatient Therapy – Section 65

Anchorpoint Mental Health offers Section 65 Outpatient Mental Health Therapy in Maine in a confidential and supportive environment.

Therapy services may address:

  • Anxiety, depression, and mood-related challenges

  •  Trauma, stress, and life transitions

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies

  • Personal growth and recovery-focused goals

  •  Strength-based wellness planning

Behavioral Health Professional Services – Section 28

Our Section 28 Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) services in Maine provide in-home and community-based behavioral support.

Services may include:

  • Skill-building for daily living and emotional regulation

  • Support with routines, organization, and independence

  • Social skills and communication development

  • Behavioral support in home and community settings

  • Collaboration with families, caregivers, and care teams
